Tariff Policies
- Rates are subject to all applicable Government taxes and Levies.
- Extra Persons will be charged at RS. 500/- per person per night.
- 2 Children under 10 years of age can stay in the parents' room free of charge.
Arrival & Departure Policies
- Check-in 12:00 Noon
- Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
- Check-out 12:00 Noon
- Should you wish to avail of a Late Check Out, please inform at the time of booking.
Guarantee & Payment Policy
- All bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by payment through bank deposit.
- All bills must be settled at time of Check out.
Cancellation Policy
- if cancelled before 24 hours of arrival full refund.
- If cancelled within 24 hours of arrival 1 night retention will be charged.
Other Policies
- Management reserves the right to provide or deny accommodation, and to remove any guests who are creating a nuisance or disturbance to the other occupants, behaving unruly, or not acceptably attired.
- Guest are required to provide I.D. at time of Check In. Foreign National & NRI are required to provide their Passport at Check in.
- After check in on monthly tariff, no refunds will be applicable on early check out.
Right of Refusal
- Unmarried Couples are strictly not allowed.
- The Hotel Management reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
- The Hotel Management reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or Hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
